  LOVE this place! After having a horrible experience with another M.D. I came in not sure what to expect but everything was great. The staff was friendly and efficient and the waiting periods didnt exceed 5 minutes. Mr. Castellanos did part of my examination even though I'm sure he didn't need to and we chatted about Argentina (where I'm from). There were no hidden fees in the payment and I'm extremely happy about the overall experience! I came in just for an immigration examination but will definitely take this place into account for regular check ups in the future.

  Terrible office staff and set -up. They tell you you've failed drug tests when there's no way so you have to start the program again at the cost of $240. Don't want to work with your insurance at the pharmacy level so you have to pay cash for strips as well. It's a cash cow for doctor who's not concerned about your recovery. What a racket.

  Then going here for a while the doctors very courteous professional the staff is very nice I would recommend this place to anyone that has medical problems

  This is not the place to go.... I've been going to Dr. Castellanos for around 6 years. Everything was fine up until they hired the new office manager Catherine. After that every single time has been a hassle. She has had me wait up to 2 hrs after my appointment just to be spiteful. There was also an incident where I had just seen the doc and had a script for 60 and she went back to him and had him write 45 i had to wait the whole day just to get the 60 back which she gave back without consulting the doctor. Then the next month she goes on e force to make sure I'm completely out for her to write me an emergency week prescription and she adds up a total of 60 refills for the month (literally breaks out the calculator) and then tries to tell me oh we wrote you 45 last time so you get a week worth at 1 1/2 A day. I accepted because I thankfully did not have to pay the office visit. But I am no longer going there and I urge every one else not to too. Doc is ok and other staff too but not the manager
