- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆The put the wrong city and state on the shipping label. Now I have a pissed off ebay customer. I understand mistakes happen but I went back and there was a long line so they said just leave it and we will text you the tracking information. After an hour I called back having received another message from my ebay client and the woman got all flustered and actually asked me what I would like to do?!? Have the thing mailed to the proper address and get the tracking number!!By keylargojoe, July 04, 2017
- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Attempted to charged me $7 to print 3 pages from an email. When I told her it was too much and left the papers, the clerk tried to bully me into paying anyway and cited paper, ink, and labor as justification for the exorbitant amount. When I told her that was insane and began to walk out of the store (again, WITHOUT the papers), she insisted that my actions constitued theft. So I left $0.50 to cover the paper and ink. I immediately called the martin county sheriff's office. The operator and dispatch both confirmed that was NOT theft and that $7 for 3 pieces of paper was ridiculous. I drove to the UPS store where they charged $1.48 for the same job. I would avoid this place at all costs. This isn't the first unpleasant experience I've had there. But this was the last time I ever use their services. They are huge jerks.By E C, October 25, 2016
